As an active college junior majoring in Business Administration, I have to balance between my academics and extracurricular activities. I realize that it is not easy, but setting SMART goals helps me to stay organized. SMART goals are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Time-bound. Brionika Johnson is a junior at Tennessee State University in Nashville, Tennessee majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources. In her free time she is a student leader on campus as the recording secretary for Pre-Alumni Council. She is a dog lover, loves to travel, and likes to spend time playing board games with her family.
